Please note the following important information:

• Payment must be made at time of service in the form of check or a valid credit card. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED OTHER THAN TIP AMOUNTS!
• In the event of extreme cold or inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your wash/detailing service.
• We can only offer our 2 basic wash services on Wash Days. If you would like any of our other detailing or services, we would be glad to help, but please call us so we can block sufficient time to detail your vehicle (410) 203-0045.
• We cannot guarantee a specific time for your wash. If you have time restrictions, please note them below and we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.
• On your scheduled service day, please make sure your keys are at the front reception desk so our detailer can quickly access them.
